Robin Hauck, editor of a Boston based blog called Misstropolis, was visiting the SoWa galleries looking for something to cheer her up from these chaotic times when fortunately she entered Soprafina Gallery and was immediately attracted by my paintings in the show. She has written a great article (link) about my work and my exhibition at Soprafina. Misstropolis covers art, culture and ideas, often, but not always with ties to Boston. They look for stories about women doing extraordinary work which comments uniquely on our current experience. I think it is an excellent blog and I've become a subscriber myself. 2021 has started with an exhibition at Soprafina Gallery (link), Boston. The exhibition is full of color, health, peace and hope, all we need to start the year properly. This is my fourth exhibition with Soprafina and this time I share the space with Rose Umerlik's paintings. Go ahead and visit it, all Covid precautions are taken and the gallery will be open Thursdays to Saturdays from noon to 5 or by appointment. The show is on until the end of the month.
